Well, we've been spending the weekend eating off the new menu. Those Spicy Chicken Cakes were delish! I smeared them with the horseradish sauce, mmmmm! And the enchiladas all the kids loved, of course I love them with sour cream. Tonight is the Garlic/Herb Chicken, that is really great too! Now that the weather is cooler I'll be baking at home again. Today was Dbl. Chocolate Cake for a birthday.
During the school year I bake loads on Mondays, so I guess that will start next week. Kimberly
